Terms & Conditions Summary

By accepting the waiver, the Guest/Client acknowledges risks of injury or death and assumes responsibility. No claims against Golden Mizzal Waterpark are permitted, except for negligence. Guests consent to emergency medical treatment at their expense.

Key Rules:

1. Park vehicles in designated areas.

2. Follow ride usage rules to prevent accidents.

3. No outside food/beverages (except specified baby items).

4. Swimwear: only nylon, Lycra, or synthetic allowed.

5. Socks required for children in the Hop-a-little area.

6. Lockers available for rent; do not leave valuables unattended.

7. No sharp items allowed inside.

8. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.

9. No refunds; passes cannot be canceled or transferred.

10. Golden Mizzal may change operating hours or close facilities without notice.

Clothing & Swimwear Rules:

• Only appropriate swimwear allowed; transparent or street clothes prohibited.

• No jewelry on slides.

• Regular diapers are not allowed; swim diapers available for sale.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, explosives, outside food (except stated), drugs, alcohol, and sharp objects.

General Guidelines:

• Children must be under adult supervision.

• Report any security concerns immediately.
